This months star recipe is Crème Brulee.
Ingredients:
- 900g Whipping Cream
- 100ml Milk
- 240g Sugar
- 400g Egg Yolks

2 Vanilla Pods
Method:
1. Mix together the cream and milk in a pan over a low heat.
2. Whisk together the sugar and egg yolks and slowly add the cream and milk. Add the Vanilla pod and allow to infuse.
3. Strain into ramekins
4. Set oven to 200 C
5.Cook to 35 minutes, until slightly wobbly
6. Set for 10 minutes and chill in the fridge
7. To serve sprinkle with sugar and caramelize with a blow torch and garnish with berries.
